Rock legend Jon Bon Jovi has sold his four-bedroom luxurious condo in the swanky Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan for the asking price of $22million.
The New Jersey native is looking at a profit of more than $3million according to The Robb Report on Wednesday as he purchased the unit at the Greenwich Lane condominium on 155 West 11th Street in 2017 for $18.4million.
The posh apartment has four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, according to the listing on Compass which went up just a week-and-a-half ago.
The 3,951-square-foot condo has stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo also comes with a private elevator and private garden.

The rocker only bought the Charles Street apartment in 2015 for $12.9million. That same year he sold his penthouse apartment in Soho to to Austrian-American businessman Gerhard Andlinger for $34 million.
